Heater
The heater can range betwee 160C-340C. As it can get quite hot, Mayku has lined the front and back top edges with silicone strips. They have also added supportive guide rails on each side of the ceramic heater for safety in transit.
Design Details
- Handles
- A tray click and handle design, with cast aluminum hinges has been made in a single design, making it as easy as possible to use.
- Bed
- A super fine mesh is used to increase airflow to the 3d shape placed on the bed. The edge of the bed has a soft silicone cover.
- Adapter
- The FormBox comes with a universal adapter allowing it to be used with any vacuum cleaner.
Compatible Materials
The Mayku FormBox works best with thermoplastic sheets with a thickness between 0.25 and 1.5mm. Here are materials that can be used with the FormBox:
