How to activate your subscription

Ready to get your voucher working? Let’s get it activated and get you building.

Follow these steps to complete the redemption:

1. Access your account

Navigate to the Arduino® Cloud web portal. The page shown in the image below will appear. Select GET STARTED FOR FREE to sign in to your Arduino® account.

Sign in using your existing Arduino® credentials, or create an account if you don’t have one yet.

2. Configure the plan options

Navigate to the Plans tab.

Locate the Maker tier and click START NOW.

Note: Ensure that the billing frequency at checkout matches the type of voucher you bought. As your EcoRobotics voucher is a prepaid one-year pass, select Yearly.

3. Enter your billing details

Click Add Billing Information.

·      Enter your name, address and billing contact details.

4. Apply your code

Select Add Your Payment Information.

Note: Adding payment information is optional. If you don’t enter payment information before the voucher expires, your subscription will expire at the end of the voucher period.

Click Use Coupon or Add Discount Code.

Paste the exact digital licence key sent to you by EcoRobotics and click Apply Code.

5. Finalise activation

Click Complete Purchase to process the zero-dollar checkout transaction.

A confirmation message will appear, and your account will immediately be upgraded to the Maker plan for the next 12 months.

If you are having trouble, check the following:

• Make sure the Yearly option is selected. The code is valid for the yearly option.
• Make sure you have entered the coupon code or licence key correctly.
