Description
The CREALITY Falcon2 Pro S 22W combines a 22 W diode laser with a fully enclosed work area, built-in top camera and one-click autofocus. Its 355 × 390 mm working area is suitable for signs, gifts, prototypes, batches of smaller items and detailed workshop projects. Engraving speeds of up to 25,000 mm/min help reduce production time on suitable jobs.
It can engrave compatible woods and plywoods, bamboo, paper and card, felt, leather, suitable coloured or opaque acrylic, anodised aluminium, brushed stainless steel and coated tile. CREALITY’s official material guide provides practical starting examples for cutting basswood up to 10 mm in one pass, walnut or rosewood plywood up to 5 mm in one pass, bamboo up to 3 mm in one pass, black acrylic up to 4.6 mm in one pass and 7.6 mm black acrylic in two passes. Thin paper, card, felt, leather and certain coloured acrylics can also be cut.
CREALITY states maximum one-pass capabilities of up to 15 mm basswood, 10 mm black acrylic and 0.1 mm thin metal under suitable conditions. Actual results depend on the exact material, colour, focus, lens condition, air assist, extraction and settings, so a test cut should always be completed first. The camera provides a full-frame preview and helps align artwork on irregular objects or batches, reducing setup time and wasted material.
