The UBIQUITI airMAX PowerBeam 5AC Gen2 is a high-gain 5 GHz outdoor radio for directional point-to-point links and customer-premises connections. Its integrated 25 dBi dish concentrates the wireless signal, making it suitable for longer links where clear line of sight is available.
A dedicated 2.4 GHz management radio supports setup and alignment, while the Gigabit Ethernet port carries network traffic and 24 V passive PoE power. A complete point-to-point link normally requires a compatible radio at the other end and configuration that complies with local radio regulations.
