Description
SA FILAMENT ASA is a durable 1.75 mm filament for functional parts that may be exposed to sunlight, heat and outdoor conditions. Compared with standard PLA, ASA is better suited to brackets, housings, fixtures and prototypes that need stronger weather and UV resistance.
Start with a 240–260 °C nozzle and a 90–110 °C heated bed. Use an enclosed printer, keep the cooling fan off or very low, and print in a well-ventilated area to reduce warping and manage fumes. Fine-tune the result for the printer and confirm the spool label before a production print.
