With SONOFF Zigbee Smart Water Valve, you can automate and control your watering system with ease. It is easy and quick to install, simply connect the Zigbee Smart Water Valve between the faucet and the hose to quickly upgrade your irrigation system in just three minutes, automatically watering your lawn, garden, vegetable patch, and more. What you need to connect to your Wi-Fi

The SWV-BSP uses Zigbee and does not connect directly to Wi-Fi. For control through the eWeLink app, the connection is: water valve → Zigbee bridge → your router → eWeLink.

• A compatible Zigbee bridge: we recommend the SONOFF Bridge Pro (ZBBridge-P), which connects to your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If you already have a compatible bridge, you can use it instead.
• Power for the Bridge Pro: a 5 V USB supply rated at least 1 A and a Micro-USB cable. If needed, add the CABLETIME 65W three-port USB charger and a USB-A to Micro-USB cable (1 m). Use the charger's USB-A port. The charger has an EU plug; check that your socket accepts it.
• Four 1.5 V AA batteries for the valve: add two packs of ANSMANN AA alkaline batteries (pack of 2). Batteries are not included with the valve.
• Your existing network and phone: a router with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, an internet connection for remote access, and the eWeLink app with an account on your smartphone.

The bridge, batteries and power accessories are separate purchases; reuse suitable items you already own. The SONOFF Bridge-U (Zigbee Ultra) is another compatible gateway option; follow its own power and network setup instructions.

Getting connected

1. Power the Bridge Pro, add it to eWeLink and connect it to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Update the bridge to the latest firmware before adding the valve.
2. Fit four AA batteries in the valve. In eWeLink, scan its QR code and follow the prompts, holding the valve button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode when instructed.
3. Select your Zigbee gateway and complete pairing. Check the connection at the intended tap before setting up your watering schedule; the valve must remain within Zigbee range of the bridge or a compatible Zigbee router.

The Zigbee Smart Water Valve features schedule and capacity modes, supporting single and cyclic irrigation. The Zigbee Smart Water Valve's battery can be used continuously for 20 months, covering two irrigation cycles (Once a day, for one hour each time). If there is a water shortage during irrigation, the app will immediately send a notification. Support checking up to 180 days of water usage and duration through the app. Understand daily, weekly, or monthly data to better control irrigation amounts and save more on water bills. You can use multiple Zigbee Smart Water Valves to work together, setting different irrigation modes for various areas of your home, and creating a personalized smart irrigation system.
