Description
The UBIQUITI UISP airMAX NanoStation 5AC Loco is a compact directional 5 GHz outdoor radio for wireless point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connections. Its 13 dBi antenna and wide 45° beam make it useful for local links and customer-premises installations where a network cable cannot cover the full distance.
A dedicated 2.4 GHz management radio supports setup nearby, while the Gigabit Ethernet port carries network traffic and passive-PoE power. The required 24 V passive-PoE adapter is not included. For a compatible power option, add the UBIQUITI Gigabit PoE Adapter 24 V 12 W together with the SC014/POWU 3-pin-to-clover power cable. Both items are sold separately. A complete point-to-point link normally needs a compatible radio at the other end.
